I am a quite ethical guy and this is an important aspect of my professional activity too. Some of my non-technical skills and some of my personal and business expectations are perfectly aligned with those ideas.
Other principles are already implied in the aforementioned two. Integrity, commitment or professionalism can be considered specific versions of fairness. Trying to solve problems by talking clearly, openly and directly can be understood as a form of honesty. And respecting others (in general, their privacy or their ideas) is a combination of both principles.
Even though sticking to my principles is pretty important to me, I am not a strict person, much less a blind follower of anything. Actually, having an easy-going attitude and regularly relying on humour are some of my other main features. I don't think that this is incompatible with rock-solid principles or professionalism. It is almost the opposite: living by certain values isn't about giving a good impression to others, about convincing everyone that this is the case, but about actually doing it, no matter what people think. In any case, after having had some bad experiences with misinterpretation-prone individuals (more information on the evolution page or even on the current version of varocarbas.com), I will better be reducing those colourful details, at least by default and in more generic setups. It isn't because of fear. I will never be afraid of fanatics (this is what someone who doesn't want to understand is). It is mostly because of sadness and pity; even just out of practicality: why keep doing something which is meant to make everyone enjoy when it will probably accomplish the pure opposite (or worse)?
