More specifically, a big part of my activity is focused on the custom-made, from-scratch development side, what can also be deduced from my strongest suits. Similar ideas are applicable to data- and algorithmic-intensive implementations or somehow complex developments. I can also take care of projects involving high-level architectural design, punctual improvements in existing codes or even DevOps.
In general, I am flexible on the technology front, although logically I have my preferences and feel more comfortable working under certain conditions. I don't appreciate (arbitrary) dogmatism, constraints or impositions. The more freedom I have, the better my work is.
As explained in the corresponding page, I do all the work myself. I get paid for my time and, when expressly agreed and for as long as it is reasonable, to meet certain targets. I am not interested in participating in urgent, generic, cheap or low quality projects.
I want my suitability for a given project and my subsequent work on it to be objectively and fairly assessed. Without dismissing the importance of my non-technical skills, I do prefer the major focus to be mostly on technical aspects.
At a more personal level, I treat everyone fairly and respectfully, and expect the same in return. Certain principles like honesty are very important too.
