I have very clear ideas about what I want and about what people should expect from me.
The systematic application of certain basic principles like honesty or fairness is an absolute must around here. I accept and respect everyone's personal choices for as long as nobody is hurt. This doesn't imply that I have to work with anyone to accomplish any goal. The means do matter to me.
I think that having a good communication is an essential requisite for a long and fruitful commercial relationship. I also think that it can be easily achieved when good intentions and willingness are present. Openly and clearly discussing about any relevant issue can't be bad either.
In general, I don't care much about the theoretical, practical or technological peculiarities of the given project or of the involved people. I feel comfortable working with both technical and non-technical persons.
Adaptability is one of my key features, but I don't expect everyone to be like me. Somehow rigid expectations are surely welcome. When the most reasonable interpersonal requirements, like being polite and respectful, are observed, I rarely have problems with anyone.
If my programming approach or some of the ideas above are adequately understood, it should be clear that certain attitudes and expectations are incompatible with me. Cheap-deal seekers, in-hurry/pushy individuals or anyone seeking quick, generic, impersonal outcomes should better look somewhere else. My complete opposition to ideas like dogmatism, blind acceptance or arbitrariness should be evident too.
